Moving West

to Vancouver, B.C.

For a long time, the West Coast felt like a quiet pull in the background. I’ve had family there for many years (Los Angeles, Seattle) but I was raised in Kansas City and returned there after my time at RISD.

This year, an opportunity brought my partner to Vancouver, Canada, and we finally made the move. We’re still getting settled, but already falling in love with the city - mountains and sea at the end of each street, daffodils and snowdrops around every corner, cherry blossoms just about to bloom, the sounds of seagulls and crows… the city feels both expansive and calm. Everyone here has been so kind and welcoming.

I’m waiting on a few final steps to get formally set up in British Columbia, so the website will remain on pause for now - thank you so much for your patience.

There are significant things taking shape this year, and I can’t wait to share them with you.
